The Pierce family is one of the stranger, yet kinder families living in CeruleanCity. They even let travelling Pokemon trainers, coordinators, and breeders stay with them if they needed a place to stay, but had no money. So, by the time Brittany was a little older, she had already been exposed to many different kinda of Pokemon and people. She always looked up to the coordinators the most, though. Brittany loved the thought of performing with a Pokemon in a contest, but she wasn’t quite sure how she’d get out of her hometown first.
Finally, her chance came when she heard about Professor Lopez’s program. She was so excited to apply because she knew she’d make so many new friends, Pokemon and trainer alike. Soon after she heard, she wrote up the application and sent it in right away. In the mean time, she continued with her schooling and dancing. Other than her interest in Pokemon, dancing was Brittany’s passion. It was something she was good at for once. It was the one thing she always did right.
The blonde was ecstatic when she heard that she was accepted into the program and set to work telling everyone in town, especially her parents and their Meowth that Brittany had affectionately nicknamed Lord Tubbington when she was little. She couldn’t wait to explore more of Kanto. She was always curious as to what lie outside of the little town and past the sea.
Even though the blonde wasn’t the brightest, she still had a knack for befriending people and Pokemon and reading them like open books. She could tell how someone was feeling just by looking at them, and was always very sympathetic toward those feelings. That’s why she always made friend so easily and knew everyone in the city. But, as much as she loved CeruleanCity, she knew there was much more to be discovered and more people and Pokemon to meet along the way on her journey to fill her Pokedex and become the greatest Pokemon Coordinator in Kanto.
